2.1 Service Availability

We provide fibre broadband internet services in designated coverage areas. Service availability is subject to network capacity and technical feasibility at your location. We reserve the right to determine service eligibility based on network capabilities.

2.2 Service Plans and Pricing

All service plans, features, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service plans without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

2.3 Service Acceptance

All service applications are subject to acceptance and technical feasibility. We may refuse or cancel any service application for any reason, including network limitations, credit checks, or problems identified during the order process.

2.4 Contract Terms

JHosts HU services are provided on a 30-day rolling contract basis. Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. No long-term contracts or early termination fees apply.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and Marks are provided on the website "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the website and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

JHosts HU provides internet services with speeds as advertised for each service plan. Actual speeds may vary based on network conditions, equipment, and other factors. We provide a service level agreement with minimum performance guarantees.

6.2 Equipment and Installation

We provide necessary equipment for service installation and operation. Customers are responsible for proper care of provided equipment. Unauthorized modifications to equipment may result in service termination.

6.3 Network Management

We may manage network traffic to ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all customers. This may include reasonable network management practices during peak usage periods.

7. User Generated Contributions

The website may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the website.

Contributions may be viewable by other users of the website. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:

10. Services and Support

JHosts HU provides customer support during standard business hours. Emergency support is available for service outages 24/7. Support availability and response times may vary based on issue severity.

10.2 Service Maintenance

We perform routine network maintenance to ensure service reliability. We provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.

10.3 Billing and Payments

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept various payment methods as detailed in our billing policies.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of these Terms or acceptable use policies. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Service Level Agreement

JHosts HU provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.9% network uptime. Service credits may be available for outages exceeding SLA thresholds. Full SLA terms are provided separately and form part of these Terms.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws. As an internet service provider, we may collect and process traffic data as required by law for network management and security purposes.

14. Disclaimer

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE WEBSITE'S CONTENT AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS.
